Sofia Kabany was born on April 06, 2002 in
Newport Beach, California.

She was very happy raised between her Father &
Mother
-
When Sofia was 18 months old, the mother decided
to leave the marriage and the house due to her relation with Dariusz
Bernat.
-
At that time Sofia was spending half of her time
with her mom and half of it with her dad.
-
A background check was processed on Dariusz
Bernat. Results showed that he had been in jail and he was under
probation. The judge ordered that Sofia should not be in contact
with this person.
-
The mother violated the court order, moved in
with this person and exposed the child to him whenever she has Sofia
at her place.
-
On September 2005, and while still not divorced
yet, she had a boy (Jacob) from the boyfriend.

Back to the court on October 2005, the judge gave
the prime custody to the father
-
Sofia was living happily with the father and
spending time with the mother every other weekend.

At the end of September 2006, Dariusz Bernat was
deported from US.
-
On October 27th 2006, the mother
decided to go back to Poland. She took Sofia with her without the
knowledge and authorization of the father.

Sofia is living now
with the mother and the convicted boyfriend

Sofia was taken
suddenly & unwillingly out of her school, out of her community, out
of her birth country, away from her friends & family, and most
importantly out of her father’s care and sight.
